Extended Warranty Service Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing our product and considering the extended warranty service. Please carefully review the terms and conditions below:
Non-Refundable Service
The extended warranty service is non-refundable once the product has been delivered.
Warranty Coverage
1.Home and Light Commercial Use Only
- This warranty is valid exclusively for products used at home or for light commercial purposes.
- For commercial purposes, this warranty does not apply. Please contact us for commercial model options and applicable warranty terms.
2.Reporting Faulty or Damaged Products
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us your order details, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos to help us assess the situation.
- Replacement parts will be provided within the warranty period.
Original Purchaser Requirement
The extended warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser from our online store and is strictly non-transferable.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Parts Replacement and Repairs
- Most issues can be resolved by replacing parts. Replacement parts will be provided for fitting at no additional cost.
- In the unlikely event of a major fault, we may request the product back for repair or replacement at our discretion.
Product Return and Packaging
- Retain the original packaging whenever possible.
- If the original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for safely packaging the product for transport in case of warranty repairs.
Proof of Purchase and Assessment
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or paid order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
- Photographic evidence of the issue must be submitted to our Customer Service team for review before the product can be repaired or replaced.
Reinstallation Fee
You are responsible for the cost of reinstallation of new parts, if applicable.
Postage Costs
If the product is determined to have a quality-related issue, we will cover all postage costs.
However, you will be responsible for shipping costs in the following scenarios:
- Damage caused by incorrect adjustments.
- Usage for commercial or rental purposes.
- Products shipped outside of Australia.
- Indoor products are stored or used outdoors.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, theft, or abuse.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Improper installation or failure to follow the user manual.
- Changes, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.
- Damage caused by pests, power faults, or environmental factors (e.g., salt build-up, rust corrosion).
Additional Terms
- Extended warranty services must be purchased within the product's original warranty period.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way(Except for pre-order products)!
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All packages are delivered using local Australian logistics providers, such as Australia Post, TNT, and Allied Express. Please note that all goods are delivered to the front door by default. If you require the items to be brought inside, there may be additional charges. All products can currently only be shipped within Australia, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days(Except for pre-order products). The cost is approximately a base fee of $20, plus an additional $2 per kilometer based on distance from our Sydney warehouse which based at WHS 11, 161 Manchester Road Auburn NSW 2144.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@eeezahome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@eeezahome.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: WHS 11, Building 3, 161 Manchester Road Auburn NSW 2144.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

One-Year Warranty
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and protections against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. The warranty also outlines the conditions under which repairs or replacements are provided, and what is excluded from coverage.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period lasts for one (1) year from the date you receive your product. During this time, if your product has any defects in materials or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it, depending on the nature of the defect. Replacements may be made with new or refurbished components at our discretion.
Making a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, you need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt). Contact our customer service team first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. You are responsible for shipping the product to our designated location.
Eligibility for Warranty Application
- Ensure that your product is within the warranty period.
- Make sure you have proof of purchase from the official online store (order number or screenshot).
- Before confirming the solution with our customer service, please save the product and do not dispose of it.
- Business Hours: UTC+11, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
Not Covered by This Warranty
- Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g., batteries, feeder rotor, desiccant bag, fountain filters, etc.).
- Products purchased from unauthorized distributors and retailers.
- Products without proof of purchase (order number or screenshot).
- Used products sold by any seller.
- If the model number, PN code, or production date code has been altered, removed, or made illegible.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Products that have exceeded their warranty period.
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase). The Eeeza customer support team will verify and confirm if your product has a quality issue.
- Free products (such as giveaways).
- Damages or defects caused by service or repair performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Eeeza.
- Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disasters, transportation, or putting the product into a dishwasher without following the instructions in the user manual.
- Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.
- Damages caused by connecting to peripheral devices, additional equipment, or accessories not recommended in the user manual.
- Items for which we have provided warranty service will follow the warranty period of the original defective item.
- We cannot provide maintenance service for items that have exceeded their original warranty.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the product's purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or savings. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Warranty Benefits
During the warranty period and subject to this warranty policy, Eeeza will provide one of the following solutions to your problem:
- Full or partial refund based on the actual situation.
- Maintenance of any defects in material or workmanship.
- Replacement with another product of equal value.
Legal Rights:
You may have additional legal rights depending on your jurisdiction. These rights are not affected by this warranty. The limitations and exclusions in this warranty apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
